Processing

• Most items will be shipped with 3-5 days from date of order placement. However be advised that some order can take up to 7 business days to process.
• Note that holidays and weekdays are not included in this.
• You will be notified if order placed is not available for shipment immediately. Therefore, order may be separated into a different shipment, but worry not - it will be at no extra charge to you.
• As such, if multiple products are ordered together, they will not necessarily all reach you at the same day. Although Romwe will try their best to do so.
• If you desire to cancel a backordered item in your order, be sure to send Romwe customer service a request by submitting a ticket. They will get back to you within 24 hours.

• Since Romwe ships internationally from their warehouse at USA, Europe & China, naturally it takes more time for items to reach customers than it would if you were to shop from an Indian store. Even so, Romwe puts a lot of focus on ensuring that products reach you as quickly as possible.
• You will receive your order within 6-17 days since the date of order placement. Do lodge a complaint if this is not the case.
• Please bear in mind that shipment can take longer than normal to reach you because of reason such as customs clearance problems, invalid address, etc. Romwe will communicate the needful to you if such is the case.

• Be sure to Submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package doesn’t arrive on time. A Romwe representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted.
