PS have a 15 day return policy if you are not satisfied with the PrettySecrets lingerie ordered. There are two cases in which you might want to return the product:-

1. Damaged Or Wrong Item Received

• In such a case  mail them at customercare@prettysecrets.com or call on +91-9619359262
• You will be required the order number of the item along with pictures of the damaged item within 15 days of delivery
• After confirming, PS will replace the product asap
• Make sure that the product you want to exchange is not used, washed or dirty.
• The original undamaged PrettySecrets box in which the Item was shipped must with all tags attached.
  
  

Note - Panties, Shapewear and Accessories are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.

2. Don’t like the product or a Size Issue
