Payment Options at Ajio

Ajio enables its customers an easy and convenient way of making payments for the products they shop for.

Ajio Wallet

AJIO Wallet has two segments: AJIO Cash and Bonus points. The cash in your AJIO Wallet will receive the refund on returning your Cash on Delivery orders and can be used as a payment mode for your future purchases on AJIO. This wallet has lifetime validity. While, Bonus Points are the rewards that Ajio gives to its regular clients for their association with them. With every order worth Rs. 999 or above (exclusive of Gift Wrap & Shipping charges) that you place on AJIO, you will earn AJIO Points equal to 10% of the order total. Once earned, you can redeem up to 10% of the order total (excluding Gift Wrap and Shipping charges) from your Points balance. You can club the AJIO Wallet with either Cash on Delivery or any one of the other prepaid mode of payments to pay the balance amount. How cool is that?
Make purchases that amount to Rs. 999 or more, earn credit points and save on your next purchase. This is Ajio's way showing that customer satisfaction is its first priority. Please note that any kind of extra payment in the form of Sales Tax, Octroi is never required to be paid. Only the amount that is mentioned in the invoice has to be paid.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

• All orders worth Rs.1199 or above will be shipped free of cost.
• For any orders below Rs.1199, a nominal fee of Rs.149 would be applied.
• Ajio's big dream is to deliver to all pin codes in India. At the time of shopping, please check if your pin code is covered by Ajio's Logistics Partner. If not, it is requested to provide an alternate shipping address.
• Currently, International deliveries are not made.
• Ajio aspires to make shopping an enriching experience. They use the delivery services of Delhivery, Bluedart and Aramex. They will notify you the name of the partner delivering your order, in advance. 

Cancellation Policy

Ajio understands that your peace of mind is of super importance and thus facilitates a convenient cancellation and return policy. You can cancel your AJIO order before it gets packed. Cancellation is possible through the Website, App or by getting in touch with AJIO Customer Care.

Steps to cancel your Ajio order:
Once you log in to Ajio, follow the listed steps:

1. Look to the top right corner of your screen.

2. Click on My Account.

3. On the next page that pops up, you'll be able to see details of all your orders.

4. Locate the "Cancel" button and click on it.

5. Boom! Your order would be cancelled.

Ajio initiates the refund immediately after the cancellation has been made. If you have used your store credits to make payment, you should see the refund within 24 hours from the time of cancellation. If you paid using your bank or e-wallet, it will reflect in the source account within 7 to 10 working days from the time of refund initiation. Please note that this is the time taken by the respective banks or e-wallets to process your refund.

Return Policy

It is always advisable to refer to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion running at that time. Apart from that, Ajio always strives to keep their policies as flexible and customer friendly as possible. However, there are certain requirements the purchased item has to meet:

• It should be unused.
• You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
• It should be unwashed.
• The price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present
• The product must be returned within 30 days
• Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product.
• Toys will have 10 days return/replacement policy in case you have received a damaged, defective, wrong product or product with missing accessory.
• Fashion & Lifestyle products: Typically, we do not accept briefs/panties, lingerie sets, swimwear, socks and stockings.
